What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL. Returns or trades are not allowed. We take pride in supplying multiple photos of each item at different angles and capturing flaws/imperfections. We also provide a written description highlighting any major issues. Photos are part of the description so please be sure to zoom in and review all details before placing an order. Should you have any questions about an item or need additional photos/ information, please click here to send us a message.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major debit/ credit cards, AfterPay, PayPal, Affirm, Klarna and Apple Pay

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not ship to international addresses or mail forwarding services. Your shipping and billing address must be the same. If you pay via PayPal, we are required to ship to PayPal-provided address. All items are shipped within 48 - 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)

All items are shipped fully insured with signature required. The insurance only cover packages lost or damage in transit. We are no longer responsible for items marked as "delivered". If a package showed delivered but was not received, the buyer is responsible for contacting the carrier to open an investigation. We will not be issuing a refund in these situations.

Sales Tax

As required by law, 8.875% sales tax is collected on all items shipped to the state of New York

Are your items authentic?

We stand behind everything we sell with a 100% lifetime authenticity guarantee. Selling only authentic pre-loved items has been our mission since day one. Each item we sell is researched and meticulously inspected in house. Heat stamp and date code photos are always provided in every listing. For additional peace of mind we encourage you to send our photos to an authenticator of your choice for authenticity confirmation. Some reputable authentication companies we've worked with are:

Undeliverable Packages & Order Cancelations?

It is your responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, shipping fees will be assessed to your order to re-ship to you or a 20% restocking fee will be charged and your order will be canceled.

 

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. If you placed the order by mistake and need to cancel it, please use the message option or send us an email and we will try our best to cancel the order. In the event that your order is cancelled we cannot refund the processing fees as those are paid to 3rd party merchants such as PayPal/ Afterpay /Affirm/ Klarna and they are NON-REFUNDABLE. Processing fees for PayPal is 3.5% of purchase price. For AfterPay/ Affirm/ Klarna it is 6%. You will receive a refund minus these fees.

How do I checkout with AfterPay/ Affirm/ Klarna?

Add item to your shopping cart. Click on "continue" and follow the prompt to enter your information. Keep clicking on "continue" until you arrived at Step 3/ payment method. Here you have the option to checkout using your credit card, AfterPay/ Affirm or Klarna.
